What does the 10-Point Safety Check provide?
Our 10-Point Safety Check provides a simple once over review of your electrical system, and covers off all of your electrical systems critical safety elements including; insulation, condition and quality of main supply & circuit protection, and Main Earthing. We also take a look at the roof cavity and underfloor, and report to you on any findings. Th idea o fthis Free Safety Check is piece of mind, and to enable you to understand what issues there are that might exist in your property. Note - this safety check should not be used in place of a Electrical Report for the purposes of Insurance, or Compliance - it is designed as an observational check, and only looks at generl condition and at the primary safety elements of your property's electrical system.
Main Switchboard: A check of the main switchboard, its components and the general condition, age and any noted issues
Lighting Circuits: A check of the light circuits and any associated switches or fittings
Power Circuits: A check of power points and general power connections within the property, the condition and any issues.
Roof Cavity Inspection: The visual check in the roof cavity or under the floor, to review the general condition of cables, and any potential issues.
Wet Areas Electrical Safety: A review of the wet areas with respect to compliance, and proximity to water (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Laundries, etc...).
General Condition Report: A general review of the overall condition and age of the electrical system with the home, and in particular if there are any significant or pressing issues.
